How it all began?
It started when my father's seminal fluid deposited into my mother's vagina, in immediate proximity to the cervix, and later to the uterus. Fusion of haploid {N} sperm with haploid ovum {N} produced a diploid {2N} zygote. {All this occurred in upper third of uterine tube.} Fertilization initiated. Zygote moved through uterine tube to the uterus. I became an embryo. Throughout my stages of development, I only contacted with external environment through the placenta and umbilical cord. By the fourth week, I was about 5 mm long. In the fifth week I increased greatly in size. Rudiments of eyes, ears and nose appeared.
By the sixth week, my career as an embryo ceased, and I became a fetus.
By the 37 week, I weighed about 6 lb., my skin was smooth and polished, yet still covered with vernix caseosa. My labia majora was well developed.
Finally, in March, at 7:55 am parturition {childbirth} came upon.
First, my head stretched receptors in the cervix, what affronted the nerves to hypothalamus, which excited the uterine contractions, and those pushed me down.
